Bull Runner Courier provides courier, delivery, scheduled route, equipment transportation, freight, and related transportation services. Service availability may vary based on shipment type, destination, vehicle availability, scheduling, and other factors.
2. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer and may change if shipment details, addresses, timing, weight, dimensions, vehicle requirements, wait times, or other service requirements change.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated pickup and delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing. Delivery times may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, customer availability, facility delays, and circumstances outside Bull Runner Courier's reasonable control.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and delivery information, appropriate contact information, shipment details, and any special handling instructions.
5. Shipment Restrictions
Bull Runner Courier reserves the right to refuse shipments that are unsafe, illegal, improperly packaged, misrepresented, or outside the scope of our available equipment or services.
6. Payment
Payment terms are established at the time of service or according to an approved customer account. Past-due balances may be subject to applicable fees or collection activity consistent with the customer's agreement and applicable law.
7. Cancellations, Waiting Time & Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for circumstances including excessive wait time, additional stops, changes to pickup or delivery instructions, redelivery attempts, after-hours service, special equipment requirements, or other services outside the original quote.
8. SMS Communications
By opting in to receive text messages from Bull Runner Courier, you agree to receive conversational and informational SMS communications related to quotes, deliveries, pickups, scheduling, and customer service.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with Bull Runner Courier. Message and data rates may apply.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Third-Party Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Bull Runner Courier does not intentionally collect or store complete payment card information through this website.
10. Insurance & Liability
Bull Runner Courier maintains commercial general liability, commercial automobile liability, and motor truck cargo insurance. Coverage is subject to applicable policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations. Certificates of insurance may be provided upon request.
Bull Runner Courier is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic incidents, acts of government, inaccurate information provided by the customer, improper or insufficient packaging, or acts or omissions of the shipper or recipient.
Any claim for loss or damage is subject to applicable insurance coverage, policy terms, exclusions, documentation requirements, and other applicable agreements. Customers should notify Bull Runner Courier promptly of any loss or damage.

Bull Runner Courier may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
